OG in scroll 2 ..I will greet this day with love in my heart. But how will I react to the actions of others? With love. For just as love is my weapon to open the hearts of men, love is also my shield to repulse the arrows of hate and the spears of anger. Adversity and discouragement will beat against my new shield and become as the softest of rains. So true!. Part of my job is taking highly escalated calls every day. This particular call was amazing. The call started with a very up set customer. He let me know that right away and using the four letter F *** word uncontrollably. I have never heard that word used so many time in my entire live. The call continued down that road. He would stop briefly to say it is not your fault but and again using his poor choice of a word. I fixed his problem and he thanked me. He had every reason to be up set. However I noticed right away I was not up set with his language nor his behavior. I responded exactly the way OG said I would. I was very excited!! I would normally have called him on his language. I just had to share.
